JC Flexlife Workouts that make you flex for life! Sustainable shifts now for long term health. Every workout will start with a warm up and end with a cool down.

JC Flexlife offers a fitness program meant to create habits that will carry you through life performing at an optimal level. The goal is to immerse you in activities that will help you realize your true physical and mental strength. Exercises consist of push ups, planks, squats, crunches, and every variation in between. We will incorporate the park's natural offerings (hills, stairs, curbs, benche

s, etc.) into the workout during the warmer seasons. Modifications to exercises will also be provided to accommodate various fitness levels. At the end of the day, we're here to enjoy the earth, push limits, and have fun. Flex your ability to live a fuller, longer life!
