Please keep note that we are now including Open Gym hours on Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 12:00pm and Sundays from 12:00pm - 2:00pm.

IPA is hosting our First Ever Annual Field Day on July 8th at 8am at Berry Lane Park Baseball Field. Work in teams to win challenges based in endurance, strength and power. Compete for glory, bragging rights and a Cash Prize! $20 registration includes tshirt, hydration and snacks! Open to former members, current members and class pass members!

The Cake Factory: a 35 min glute programmed class meant to work your 🍑 in a systematic way. You’ll be able to track your progress and feel the results!

Open Gym: did you ever just want some time to work on some skills that you learned in class? Did you need some extra time to get some training in? Come to our Open gym! It is open to all enrolled members.

Sign up is required for every class, including Open Gym.

The 100 Day Transformation Challenge is back for 2022!

Whoever has the best transformation will win a FREE membership for ONE YEAR. We will announce 1 male winner and 1 female winner on June 12th, 2022. Please keep note that this is NOT a weight loss contest. Please DM us if you’re interested. Weigh ins and pictures must be taken at the IPA gym on or before Sunday, March 13th. Participants must attend classes at least 8x/month.

*Attention IPA fam*

Classes have resumed, starting today (Sunday, 12/26).

We will resume classes as normally scheduled. In order to take preemptive measures in slowing the spread of Covid-19, we urge you to get PCR tested at least within 3 days after large gatherings during the holiday season.

We strongly recommend that you mask up during group classes for the time being. If you experience any symptoms of cold, cough, fever, flu-like symptoms, etc., we ask that you quarantine until symptoms cease and test results determine a negative result.
