When you’re doing drills that include a hop, most guys go way overboard with their drift causing hip extension. That being said, a lot of dudes would benefit from allowing themselves to absorb the force on their back leg before trying to create linear momentum 🤷‍♂️

Regardless, sleep is the most basic aspect of recovery and also happens to be far more important than any “recovery” modality on the market, I’d bet a lot of money you’re not sleeping enough 🤷‍♂️
