We believe through the sport of wrestling we can build strong youth and communities

It is our hope that when a wrestler passes through our system. They will approach life with the same mentality they learned through the sport of wrestling. We work hard on the character of the individuals who attend our club. We teach the fundamentals and techniques of wrestling that are successful at all levels.

We focus on two styles of wrestling; Folkstyle and Freestyle. Practices are planned according to the season and tournament schedule. Our priority is to create an environment where kids can have fun with the sport of wrestling and grow a deep love for it. It is not uncommon for our wrestlers to be excited to attend wrestling practices 11-months out of the year. We provide many opportunities for individuals to travel with our club to attend tournaments, camps, clinics and workout sessions across the State and Country. We also work hard to open doors for wrestlers who have a desire to compete at the next level by connecting athletes to college coaches and elite clubs across the nation. Mark your calendars! We’re excited to announce this year’s clinician for the Jerome Wrestling Camp will be Brock Hardy!

University of Nebraska 🌽

Brock is a Utah native and one of the most exciting—and well-respected—college wrestlers in the country. This is a great opportunity for our athletes to learn from a high-level competitor right here in the Magic Valley.

📢 🤼‍♂️ Spring/Summer Wrestling starts tomorrow (Tuesday, March 24th), and will cover Freestyle and Folkstyle.

Take advantage of this great opportunity to learn from some new coaches and continue your improvement on the mat!

✅ Season Details:

• Combined opportunity: This season is partnered with multiple programs in the Magic Valley (TW Youth, Jerome HS, Twin Falls HS)
• Coaching support: We plan to have 2–3 coaches in the room each practice
• Strength training: A 30-minute strength & conditioning block will be included at the end of each practice
• Tournaments: Tournament opportunities are available! Athletes do not have to attend every tournament. Practice-only participation is fine—but competing in the offseason is highly encouraged.
• Season Schedule:
(March 24 – May 9) 7-Week Freestyle Session
(May 11 – May 30) 3-Week BREAK (No Practices)
(June 2 – June 27) 4-Week Freestyle/Folkstyle Session
• Grades 4–8th (Boys & Girls): Intermediate/experienced wrestlers recommended. Practices will be geared toward experienced middle school & high school wrestlers.
• High School (Boys & Girls): All High School wrestlers recommended. Practices will be coached at a high school pace and level.
