Super proud of for getting out of her comfort zone and putting in weekly effort on all fronts. You can watch videos all day long and think that you’re executing a movement properly - but until you can actually see what you’re doing, chances are, it’s wrong.

Progressive overload:
*this is a game changer if you are serious about making continuous progress week over week over week.

I know damn well you don’t remember exactly how many reps you got last week and how your ex*****on was. Keep log of it. Don’t guess. Get precise with it.

Rep range: 8-12 reps

Week 1, set 1: 140(12 reps)
Week 1, set 2: 140(10 reps)

Week 2, set 1: 145(12 reps) - moved up in weight because I got 12 or more QUALITY reps last week
Week 2, set 2: 140(12 reps) - stayed at same weight because I didn’t get 12 or more reps last week

Week 3, set 1: 150(10 reps) - moved up in weight because I got 12 or more QUALITY reps last week
Week 3, set 2: 145(10 reps) - moved up in weight because I got 12 or more QUALITY reps last week

Week 4: I will stay at the same weight as week 3, and focus on getting 12 or more reps, and then will make a weight bump based off that data.
