Ultimate volleyball club purpose is to provide an environment where young athletes will improve in the game of volleyball with a large focus on form and fundamentals in the skills it takes to perform at a high level in the game of volleyball. We will also put in place a culture of excellence towards the important values of a team, spirit, and sportsmanship. We will utilize the time we spend with o
ur athletes to teach lifelong lessons such as leadership, teamwork, hard work ethic, dealing with adversity and success, communication, ethics, and loyalty. In the end our goals are to be above reproach in developing players, developing teams, and developing better people while developing a passion and love for the sport of volleyball. We will achieve this by integrating coaching strategies and techniques at every level to create a firm foundation that is consistent. Coaching staff will maintain our coaching philosophy throughout the season based on positive reinforcement, encouragement, and motivation, while providing a disciplined environment. We will work to provide a year round training and opportunities to develop as a player in lessons and clinics. We will be providing our coaches with ongoing coach training and development as they continue their coaching career with us. Educate players and parents about the rules and procedures that govern volleyball regionally, nationally, and with the Ultimate Performance Volleyball Program. Run a well-organized club consisting of the following: tryouts, clinics, practices, tournaments, social events, and community involvement.
