Not every transformation is loud. Some are built in the quiet moments— the early alarms, the steady discipline, the choice to show up even when no one is watching.
Jessica has been one of our most consistent 5am members, and her results reflect exactly that.
In her own words, here’s why she keeps coming back:
One of the biggest reasons I continue to show up at the gym is the environment. The motivation, positive accountability, and support I receive help keep me committed to my goals, even on the days when I don’t feel like showing up. Having a community that encourages progress and celebrates wins—big and small—has made all the difference.
Since January 2025, I’ve lost 115 pounds. Since joining NLXF, I’ve lost about 45 of those pounds, and the results have gone far beyond the number on the scale. The strength training at NLXF has made me a stronger runner, helping me shave about a minute per mile off my running pace. That’s something I never imagined when I first started this journey.
As a mom of three, I carried around “baby weight” for years. Now, that weight is finally gone, and my focus has been able to shift from losing weight to maintaining a healthy lifestyle for myself and my kids.
I continue to show up because I’m still growing, still improving, and still becoming the strongest version of myself. The workouts challenge me, the coaches push me, and the community keeps me accountable. Every time I walk through those doors, I’m investing in my health, my confidence, and my future.
NLXF has been an important part of my transformation, and I’m excited to keep showing up and seeing what I’m capable of next.
