Listening is one of the most important coaching tools that I offer to my clients. Listening from THEIR perspective gives not only validation, but helps each client the space to verbally process their perspective. BUT, if everyone’s perspective is their truth, what if that perspective is wrong? Such a challenging question that truly needs the Lord and His perspective. He has the key to the truth and the truth will set you FREE! Every coaching appointment is an adventure and who does not love adventure?!?!
