What began during a difficult season of depression and medical challenges became a turning point for Firefighter/Paramedic Jordan Embry as she made the decision to take her life back.

After returning to the fire service, she knew something had to change. In her words, not being able to do the job she loved was simply unacceptable. Struggling to breathe while playing with her son, RJ, and needing help with everyday tasks pushed her to make a change. For someone who has never been one to ask for help, that season of life was especially hard.

Since then, Jordan has committed herself to the gym, completely changed her diet, and transformed her life. So far, she has lost 101 pounds.

Her story is one of strength, determination, and resilience. We are proud of her for choosing to fight, for refusing to give up, and for showing what is possible through hard work and perseverance.

We are incredibly proud of Jordan and the strength, discipline, and determination she has shown throughout this journey.

Congratulations to RESCUE FITNESS members Adella Silvestre and Trey Butler for placing in the Ga State Championship in Tifton today. Adella took home 1st place with a benchpress of 215lbs and Trey took home 2nd with a benchpress of 435. Thanks to for putting on a great show.
