This was a very slow day, we made as many adjustments as we could. We moved decoys, mojos, and even put some decoys up. The birds would not work at all, everything we threw at them they were ready for it. always have a plan for but they kicked our butt this day.

Don’t be afraid to take the path less traveled. You don’t always have to go to the spot you’ve been going to for years. You don’t have to feel obligated to hunt with the whole crew everyday. Don’t be afraid to cover some ground on foot time to time and get to spots where a boat can’t take you. It’s perfectly okay to get back to the truck without a lanyard full of green heads. Just enjoy the journey!
