What an incredible weekend!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our first High Desert Tenkara Camp Out! We had an amazing time meeting new anglers, sharing stories, exploring beautiful water, and, of course, catching plenty of fish.

Seeing everyone enjoying the simplicity of tenkara made all the planning worth it. We couldn't have asked for a better group to spend the weekend with.

Thank you for making our first camp out such a success. We’re already looking forward to doing it again next year; so start getting your gear ready! Until then, tight lines!

Valles Caldera was windy but the fishing was still great for the Tenkara Clinic this last Saturday.

Read Carefully:

Every year we are lucky to work with the National Park Service to bring Tenkara Clinics to the Valles Caldera. This year is no different and we are always looking for experienced Tenkara anglers to volunteer.

If you would like to sign up for one of our clinics go to the Valles Caldera home page and look for the Ranger lead activities. These Tenkara Clinics fill up incredibly fast within minutes so be ready and don’t be late. You can register two weeks in advance at 8:00am, break out your calendar and don’t miss the registration time.
