Monster Tarpon‼️

You mean to tell me Georgia has Tarpon⁉️ Big Tarpon at that???

Only God could’ve orchestrated this day! We started off with bait not showing up until two hours into the trip and when I went to cast the net, it slipped off my wrist and went down immediately. Thankfully I had caught a few mullet and spot croaker prior to the loss of the net and we improvised….. fast forward 3 hours, we landed a few sharks but then this monster hit and man oh man did it take us for a ride!

35 minutes of jumps, run around and near break offs in the motor and trolling motor, the Lord said “ you’ve worked hard enough” and allowed us to land this majestic fish!

Thank you Lord for your continued guidance and tests!

The boys and girls are here and they’re chewing! These bullreds show up in full force in the fall and we’re always waiting with fresh bait for them.

These large Red Drum average 36-42 inches but get larger and frequent our boat and weigh 25–50 lbs, ranging in age from 10-50 years old.
