Good Morning..I'm am still fighting this flu/cold/cough...whatever...and I am afraid that I will have to cancel again tonight. In fact, I have decided after much thought...that I need to re-do the schedule based on the changes in my life these past few months. Therefore I am not going to be holding any classes till the first week of April. This should give me the additional time to recover and focus on spring. I am so sorry to disappoint everyone. :( I feel that this is the right thing to do. I will post the April schedule soon...Namaste.

It's here!!! The first week of yoga classes at Kali Yoga Studio!! So excited!! Monday morning at 11:00am! Basic Hatha Yoga.....we will cover basic asanas (postures) and what to expect in class. We will introduce some breath work as well!! Spring is coming and it's time to get moving! :) See you tomorrow at 11:00am

Good Morning!!!! Excited to post a new schedule for yoga class at Kali Yoga Studio! 334 E. Court Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN

Starting Feb. 20th ..we are proud to offer the following classes: Mondays 11:00 - 12:15 am Basic Yoga
Wednesdays 6:00pm - 7:15pm Level 1 Hatha Yoga
Fridays Noon - 1:15pm Level 1 Hatha Yoga

$10.00 per 75 minute class. (Basic Yoga is a foundations class to introduce asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work)

Workshops in Ayurveda coming soon as well!! If you have any questions...please let me know!!
