If you would have told me a year ago I would be the sole owner of a CrossFit gym I would say you’re crazy. But I’m so glad I took on this adventure and I have the most amazing team ! Michael Seal is one of my coaches and I can’t preach enough on his dedication to making our gym better all the time. Today while I’m on vacation he took time out of his day to put up the new foam roller holder. I have the best coaches and members. We continue to grow at Iron Lotus CrossFit and I am so proud of everyone and their hard work
