Hosted by Twist N Turns, VMA is founded on the idea that martial arts does not belong in a mall, garage, or tiny space. Nor should it cost huge amounts of money. $40 a month, with no contracts, no testing fees, no belt fees, no hidden requirements. With that, students receive a well-rounded martial arts training that maximizes self-defense, body control, and overall fitness. on Friday and 2-3 p.m

. Kids (11 and under) are 6-7 on Friday and 1-2 on Saturday. Trampolines, spring floor, safe and clean environment. Unlock your potential.
