d her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology (with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning) at the University of Louisville, where she received extensive training in Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Exercise Prescription, and Strength and Conditioning techniques. She also participated in internships during this time, working with cardiac rehab patients in a hospital setting and with high school athletes during an internship as a strength and conditioning coach. She also has experience leading boot camps and leading fitness groups for underprivileged children. CJ has inspired and helped many of her friends lose weight. CJ has been a physiology instructor at a university, teaching a Human Physiology lecture/lab course. More recently, CJ has worked with the Army, training their Master Fitness Trainers. She is a certified Master Fitness Trainer Instructor by the Army Physical Fitness School in Ft Jackson. CJ is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach by the NSCA and is CPR/AED certified. CJ is also finishing up her PhD in Physiology and Biophysics in Medical School, where she has done research in traumatic brain injury, neurovascular research, spinal cord injury, and high altitude physiology.
