THE PROCESS is a group of women learning to surrender ourselves to Jesus while strengthening the bodies God has given us—together.

Because we don’t want to be well in just one area of our lives. We’re pursuing strength and health spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically—surrounded by women who genuinely want to see each other succeed and love each other like Jesus calls us to.

Christina Stovall has been with us since THE beginning, and today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone — 500 workouts at The Process!

She not only crushes her workouts; she’s also pours her heart into serving others, helping lead our childcare team with so much grace, excellence, and love.

Why do we get back up?

Because we have what it takes?

No.

This is where remembering that the Spirit of the living God lives inside of us changes everything.

You may not have what it takes—but He does.

So we call on the name of Jesus. We ask Him to help us get back up, stay the course, stay consistent, and keep moving forward in Christ.

You fell? Get back up.
You got off track? Start again.
You’ve been gone awhile? Come back.

Not because you are strong enough on your own, but because His strength is made perfect in our weakness.

“For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again…”
— Proverbs 24:16

May it be so, in Jesus’ name. 🤍
