We have had multiple calls since the silencer shop ruling and though this is very exciting there are some gray areas needing clarification, for the customers as well as the FFL'S protection.
Before going forward with the 4473 transfer, we are waiting on clarification from ATF on how the form 3 will now be handled as well as will Maines 72 hour hold apply.
As soon as we get clarification and the ATF guidelines we are in hopes to be moving forward doing transfers from the silencer shop on form 4473 only.
