👉Master these moves to help get out of pain!

Back pain can be debilitating, cause you to lose hope, and negatively affect your entire life.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

I am here to tell you; you can get better!

It will take time but if you listen to your body, never work through pain, and slowly progress I promise you too can find freedom to enjoy life again.

I used these 4 exercises to get me out of pain…
1. Incline pigeon push up
2. ATG split squat.
3.Butterfly stretch
4. Elephant walk

Why these 4 exercises?

Well, because they address all areas of the hips and low back
1. Outer hip
2. The anterior (front side)
3. Inner hip
4. The posterior (back side)

📈PROGRESS REPORT

I set three fitness goals for myself this year...

1) Be able to do a back bend
2) Be able to do front splits
3) Become a Level 2 coach

Unfortunately, reaching my L2 certification will not be accomplished in the next 6 weeks.

BUT I believe the other two can be obtained.

For the remainder of the year, my training will be centered around exercises that give me the best opportunity to reach these milestones.

Here are 3 exercises I wish I had started doing BEFORE I had kids!

1) Sled work
-This is not only great for cardio, it also strengthens the lower legs and provides a great pump before or after a workout!

2) ATG split squat
-You are getting strength in the front leg as well as lengthening/stretching in the back leg.

3) Piriformis/Pigeon stretch
-This is great to use as a warmup or a cool down stretch before workouts!
