In our Elevate classes we can have multiple clients working on their own program. This allows us to see multiple clients at once, give them exactly what they need, and still coach them.

Any time you enter an Elevate class it starts with a full body assessment, so we can build the plan that works for you and your needs.

Elevate is our best session for the combination of working out with others, but getting your own individual program.

If you have a sit down job, if there is consistent stress on your lower back, if you have any Sciatica issues going on then foam rolling your Glutes(butt muscles) can be very beneficial. A foam roller is usually around $20 and can be purchased at a variety of sports stores or even places like Walmart and Target.

Foam Rolling your Glutes will do a few things: help wake up your glutes and also calm down the Piriformis muscle, which could be the culprit of your Sciatica. Foam rolling helps send signals to the muscle to wake them up. It helps provide more nerve impulses to the area, create better blood flow and oxygen flow to the area. So, if you sit down on your butt all day then your glutes are turned off, which puts stress on your low back. If you foam roll your glutes to wake them up then they will be turned on and help support your lower back.

Foam rolling your Glutes can also help calm down that pesky little Piriformis muscle. The Piriformis muscle lays side ways under your Glute Max(butt) and it will get tight from sitting or trying to do the work that the glutes are not doing. It tries to help the glutes out and it gets overworked and tired. When it gets overworked then it gets tight. Your Sciatic Nerve lays just underneath your Piriformis. So, when your Piriformis gets tight then it puts pressure on the Sciatic Nerve, which can create Sciatica like issues.

If you're struggling with Sciatica, chronic lower back pain, or just want to prevent those things from happening then try foam rolling your Glutes!

One of the most underutilized pieces of golf training is the hip internal rotators. The hip has to internally rotate as the upper body rotates back and away. Without this rotation of the hip the body will compensate, put your club head in the wrong position and alter the swing coming through to hit the ball. Rich has gained a better rotation, has his club head in the right spot, and is hitting the ball better and further because of his strength and mobility of his hip internal rotators
