DAY 1 ✅ YOUNGSTARS Training Camp IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY ⚡️

What a fun first day!

Most of these kids had never heard of a hybrid athlete before...

So we started there.

A hybrid athlete develops both endurance and strength- building the engine to keep moving and the power to sprint, jump, carry, push, pull, and perform.

Watching them try new movements, pick up sandbags, carry weights, challenge themselves, and step outside their comfort zones was priceless. 🔥

But this camp is about more than burning some energy.

Every session is built around the HYROX Youngstars CHAMPION Values:

🏁⚡️ THIS IS WHAT POWER COUPLES DO FOR FUN 👇🏼

Today, SOULRNR athletes are showing up all over the place…

🏙️ Hilary + Derrijk are taking on the HYROX race in New York City

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Alina + Chad and Josh + Britnee are tackling the Meramec Fish Run organized by our very own Rachel Cohen.

🏋️ Beth + Dustin are putting in work at the club, one rep at a time.

Different locations.
Different goals.
Same standard, same pursuit.

Because the real story isn’t about finish times today.
The real story is the hundreds of choices nobody saw.

The early alarms.
The runs in the rain.
The workouts when motivation was gone.
The decision to keep showing up when it would’ve been easier not to.

These moments are exciting..

But they’re really just evidence of who they’re becoming.

At SOULRNR, we believe transformation happens long before race day, event day, or photo day.

It happens through intentional action.
Through discipline.
Through connection.
Through choosing a higher standard over and over again.

If you train at SOULRNR, you’ve probably heard
🗣️ “come back to your breath.“

From a physiological standpoint, your breath is one of the fastest ways to regulate your nervous system.
It tells your brain you’re safe, brings your heart rate down…
brings you out of fight-or-flight and back into focus, control, and presence.

When training gets hard - you’re moving between aerobic work, anaerobic push, power, + speed - your breath can become your anchor.

but… it goes deeper.

YHWH (יהוה) it’s God’s personal name
means “I AM.”
and when spoken softly, it follows the rhythm of breathing:

🫁 Inhale: Yah
💨 Exhale: Weh

Every human speaks His name simply by breathing.

The first thing we do when we’re born is breathe.
The last thing we do before we die is breathe..and in between - that breath sustains us.

The same “I AM” who gives breath
is the One who gives life meaning.

Jesus said:
“I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.” John 14:6

That’s not coincidence.
That’s design.

Every time you come back to your breath- your inhale is a reminder of the divine energy already within you.

Your breath holds a power you can always come back to.
