Please arrive 15 minutes early for your Pre-Check so we can get everyone checked in and ready to begin on time.

Please bring/wear:

👕 White T-Shirt
🖤 Black Bottoms — pants, leggings, skirt, or appropriate shorts
👟 Proper Shoes — clean, comfortable, and appropriate for movement/training
📓 Notebook & Pen/Pencil
📖 Read Your Welcome Packet before arriving
Your attire is an important part of learning presentation, professionalism, confidence, and poise, so please come dressed and prepared according to the requirements.

We encourage every student to arrive with a positive attitude, open mind, and willingness to participate. This is more than a class—it is an opportunity to grow, build confidence, develop life skills, and learn to carry yourself with Confidence • Poise • Power.
