Meet Coach Allie!

Allie has been coaching with JC Gymnastics for 4 years and works with our Hot Shots and Bronze team athletes! Her love for gymnastics is what inspired her to start coaching, and she loves getting to help young athletes grow their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.

One of Allie’s favorite skills to teach is the roundoff backhandspring, and the most rewarding part of coaching for her is seeing the joy on a gymnast’s face when they finally master a skill they’ve been working hard on. Along with gymnastics, she hopes her athletes learn compassion, perseverance, and a strong work ethic that carries beyond the gym. Allie loves Dr. Pepper!

We’re so thankful for the encouragement, positivity, and passion Allie brings to the gym every day!

Meet Coach Crystal!

Coach Crystal has been part of the JC Gymnastics family for 5 years and is one of our Xcel Gold team coaches- she also coaches our Adult Gymnastics program! Her own gymnastics coaches inspired her to start coaching, and she’s carried that inspiration forward by helping athletes of all ages grow, learn, and feel confident in the gym. One of her favorite skills to teach is the flyaway, and no matter what the group she’s working with, her goal is always the same: helping athletes build confidence, teamwork, and belief in themselves along the way.

Outside the gym, you’ll usually find her with a Diet Dr. Pepper and Goldfish crackers. And when it’s time to bring the energy up, “Believer” by Imagine Dragons is her go-to hype song!

We’re so lucky to have Crystal coaching both our team athletes and adult gymnasts! Say HI to Crystal in the comments!
