Every player at this level has small imperfections that lead to 'unrepeatable' results. You’ve likely seen it: a shot looks great, but the percentage just isn’t there. We’re here to bridge that gap. We focus on the mechanics that matter so our players can move past the 'nice looking' shot and start hitting consistently. It’s all about repeatability; or as the 812 Elite girls put it, 'getting rid of the fluff.’ We know what we are looking for.

We’re opening up our playbook this summer with a shooting clinic focused on parent education. This isn't about profit! it’s about raising the level of play in our area. We want to share exactly what we look for in a shooter so you can support your child’s development with total clarity. Let’s stop guessing and start building elite habits together.

Incredibly proud of the work this young athlete has put in over the last few weeks. He joined us with a solid foundation, but he has quickly proven that age is never a barrier to elite skill.
The first video shows his starting point; the second shows the result of focused training after just a few sessions. We have prioritized footwork, balance, and stability to create a more repeatable, simplified shot pattern. It looks effortless now, which is exactly how a shot should feel. His confidence is through the roof, and it shows.

A coach’s biggest hope isn't that things are always easy, but that their team responds the right way when things get hard. After our talk last week, you did exactly that. You showed me that you’re not just talented, but coachable and resilient. The improvement I saw at the tournament was a direct result of the standard you decided to meet. I think there is a ton to still learn but you showed you had heart and pride. I wasn’t there but I got to watch it and I’m proud of you girls!

Hey parents, Coach JD here!

Many have asked and I wanted to give you a quick heads-up on where we stand with our upcoming basketball camps. Right now, we’re in a bit of a holding pattern. We’ve found a gym that is a perfect fit for us, but they are currently undergoing some summer facility updates. We’re just waiting on the final word regarding their construction timeline before we can officially lock everything in.

Tentative Camp Schedule
While nothing is set in stone yet, we wanted to share the dates we are currently aiming for based on your feedback:

July 17–18: Boys 2-Day Camp
July 24–25: Girls 2-Day Camp

Current Status: Pending
Please keep in mind that these dates are tentative and not yet secured. Our coaching staff is ready and excited for these specific weekends, and they align best with the interest forms you all filled out. However, it’s all pending the final green light from the facility.

Note: We know you’re eager to plan your summer! We will send out a definitive confirmation as soon as we hear back about the gym availability.
