We are so excited to have Lanie back on the team! She’s been a long time member of the Bodyplex family. A few words from her about her plans for the Boot Camp:
I’m excited to share that I am rejoining my Bodyplex Fitness of Jasper family in a few short weeks to train!
Starting August 11, I’ll be taking the reins from the wonderful Patti Cornwell and teaching Bootcamp! I’m going to miss Patti so much, her Bootcamp classes are what helped me get back into a healthy routine with the gym, but I’m excited for the opportunity and I cant wait to get started as the trainer!
Heres the run down:
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about showing up — as you are — and putting in the work.
Whether you’re starting fresh, getting back into it, or just ready to push a little harder, this is your space to grow. No need to explain where you’ve been or why it’s been hard — there is no guilt or shame, we’ve all been there. What matters is that you’re here now.
We’ll train hard. We’ll move with purpose. We’ll challenge ourselves — and each other — to get stronger every single week.
Class Format:
- Monday: Legs & Lower Body (Strength Focus)
- Tuesday: Chest & Back (Circuit/Tabata Style)
- Thursday: Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps (Circuit/Tabata Style)
Each class includes a full warm-up, active stretching, strength/cardio training, core work, and a cool-down stretch.
What to Expect:
- Show up with effort, not excuses
- Challenge yourself without comparison — it’s your workout, its up to you to get what you came for
- Support each other — we’re in this together
- Respect the space, the gear, and the grind
- And remember: nobody’s perfect — not even the trainer
