Drake joined us at Adamas CrossFit over the summer. He came in with a great attitude, ready to work. 💜

We send our deepest condolences to his family and to the community. We are thankful we got to know and spend time with such a great young man.

MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: Kelton Sells 💪

If there’s one thing Kelton is known for around here, it’s strength! He loves lifting heavy, and even after years of being with us, he’s still putting up PRs and finding ways to get stronger.

And if there’s a box nearby… we joke that you can pretty much guarantee Kelton will find it. 😂 Even if it’s a metcon, that box might become his designated rest station. 🤪

Kelton brings a competitive, hardworking attitude to the gym and is always ready to put in the work. We’re glad to have him as part of the Adamas family!

Keep doing what you do, Kelton! 💪🔥
