Weβre pleased to announce that the Adamas Future Therapists Scholarship will be awarded to Ella Powell of Jasper High School. π
This year, we received even more applications than we anticipated, and it was incredibly encouraging to see so many students in our area interested in pursuing careers in physical, occupational, and speech therapy. The future of rehabilitation and patient care is bright, and we are grateful to every student who took the time to apply and share their goals with us.
Ella plans to attend Sam Houston State University to pursue her undergraduate degree as she works toward a future career in physical therapy.
Her application stood out to us for several reasons, including her clear sense of direction, strong work ethic, and commitment to the rehabilitation field. Ella is already gaining hands-on experience by working as a technician at For All The Little Reasons, a local outpatient therapy clinic, and she demonstrated a thoughtful and realistic plan for continuing to pursue the field of physical therapy through each stage of her education and training.
We are excited to award Ella this scholarship and look forward to seeing all she accomplishes in the years ahead.
