Last OTA of the summer ended with Corner in the building! Our kids got better today and this summer! Thank you to all the teams who helped us get better the past month!

Penn State Camp 2026 Final Day- extra early 5:45 morning workout, technique session, takedown tournament, and helping clean up mats. A fantastic camp this year and our wrestlers learned a lot. It’s always such a fun bonding experience for our guys who attend and everyone gets better in some way. Proud to be a Viking!

Penn State Camp Day 3 is completed! Got to learn from the greats plus Josh Barr (2026 NCAA champion 197 lb), Connor Pierce, and Dalton Perry. Throws, leg riding, and under hooks to list a few. It was a great day and let’s finish strong tomorrow!

Day 2 recap- 6 am workouts, technique with Coach Cunningham(national champion), technique with Mitchell Mesenbrink(2x national champion), technique with Coach Cael Sanderson (4x national champ and 1x Olympic gold medalist), started individual tournament, got whooped in some live wrestling by Coach Sanderson. Pretty solid day!

Day 1 of the Penn State Camp was a blast! We travelled to the University of West Georgia where we got to learn from Head Coach Cael Sanderson in Session 1! Coach Sanderson was a 4 time undefeated NCAA National Champion and Olympic Gold medalist! An incredible wrestler and even better coach! Penn State has won 13 of the last 15 national championships as a team. Quality teaching and work today! Our guys got better!
