Don't worry; the class schedule you love remains the same! Here's what you need to know:

📌 Existing Members: If you've already paid for your membership last month, rest assured that your membership has been transferred to your MindBody account. You're all set to book your classes online!

💼 Recurring Membership Holders: To ensure uninterrupted access to your favorite classes, we kindly ask all recurring membership holders to visit the gym to set up your new contract. Our friendly staff will be there to assist you every step of the way, making the transition smooth and easy.

🥊 The set back can be temporary…. The comeback will last for eternity.
A loss does not define a fighters career!
Lennox Lewis avenged all of his losses…… he is rated and ranked by many as one of the greatest heavyweights of all time.
How can you lose if you have learned a valuable lesson from a loss….
How can you truly appreciate winning having never tasted defeat and that burning pain that comes with its territory.
A loss will show you a man’s true character,it rips away the layers built upon his image and forces him to face himself and ask questions he doesn’t want to ask,face demons he may not want to face.
Losing can be a good thing in the bigger picture of it all. It can sometimes destroy and fold a man in half breaking him internally and mentally….. or it can awaken that champion within reigniting the soul with an impetus to improve or make the necessary corrections. Losing is a perspective…. It’s also one of the greatest lesson givers of all.
A loss does not define a career…
Don’t watch the set back…watch the comeback! The comeback is where the real story is told… lost….but also won… and from said lessons learned he came back better and a much stronger fighter both mentally and physically for it. The loss added more to his armoury than a win may have.
There is no dark without light. No hot without cold. No left without a right. No winning without losing.
This is boxing…. It’s a continuous lesson of not only the art of pugilism but also lessons for life.
You win,you lose….but you never give up. It’s called character. It’s what separates the good from the great.

We took a team to compete in the Dominion 8 Smokers in Irving, TX just outside of Dallas. Everyone kept saying: "You're from where? I've never heard of Jarrell." We won 3 out of 5 matches with one win by devastating first round KO. I think it’s safe to say they have heard of us now.
