This is your reminder to register for Youth Outdoor Skills Day. Dress to be outside!

This is an amazing event for kids age 10-17. They get exposure to outdoor sports and activities including fishing, archery, cleaning wild game, habitat conservation, first aid, and more. Youth age 10+ who display their Hunters Safety card can participate in a 2-bird pheasant hunt. All activities ate well-mentored and supervised. Parents are welcome to stay but it is not required. Lunch is provided. Please contact Trent at [email protected] with any questions. Registration due 8/30.

UPDATE: This class is full. Registration is closed.

Registration is now open for our third 2024 Hunter Safety Education Course. This course will be held on August 27 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and September 14-15 from 8:30 am. - 3:00 p.m. at the Edgerton Conservation Club. All sessions are mandatory to graduate.

Register at https://www.co.rock.wi.us/departments/sheriff-s-office/recreational-patrol/hunter-education. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1973, is required to complete a Hunter Safety Education Course in order to legally hunt in Wisconsin. Students must be 12 years old.
