Today we want to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to Coach Kennedy for everything she has given to Craig Cheer! 💙🤍

Kennedy has been such an important part of our program, and we are incredibly grateful for the time, energy, encouragement, and love she has poured into our athletes and our team.

While we are sad to see her step away from coaching, we are so excited for her as she begins a new chapter! We know she is going to do amazing things, and we wish her nothing but success and happiness on this next adventure.

Thank you, Kennedy, for being part of our Cougar Cheer family and for all of the memories you’ve helped us make. You will always have a place here. 💙🤍

📣 Calling all FUTURE COUGAR CHEERLEADERS! 💙🤍📣

Craig Cheer is excited to welcome our youngest Cougars for the Future Cheerleader Clinic & Game Performance! 🐾🏈

Cheerleaders in Kindergarten–8th grade are invited to spend two days learning cheers, motions, jumps, and game-day material with the Craig Cougar Cheerleaders — and then join us under the Friday night lights to perform during the 1st quarter of the varsity football game! ⭐️

📣 CLINIC
📅 Tuesday, September 15 & Thursday, September 17
⏰ 4:30–5:30 PM
📍 Janesville Craig Cafeteria

🏈 GAME PERFORMANCE
📅 Friday, September 18
📍 Monterey Stadium
⭐️ Perform during the 1st quarter
⏰ Game begins at 7:00 PM | Participants arrive at 6:45 PM

💙 Cost: $45 per athlete
Registration includes:
• Cougar Cheer T-shirt
• Cheer bow
• Game admission for the athlete
• Game admission for one adult

✨ Open to all students in Kindergarten–8th grade!

4 Days left in our Schoolfundr Fundraiser and we are just a little over halfway to our goal!

📣 Making sure we have uniforms to fit all of our athletes, both male and female
📣 Providing warm up jackets for the athletes to wear during chilly football games and on cold bus rides during competition season
📣 Providing valuable training equipment to improve their stunting and performance skills

Did you know that Competition Registration fees can cost up to $25/athlete?! That means that for our team of 21 to compete the total could be as high as $525.00 for one competition.

Our Team competes in 7 competitions per season, which will cost our team around $2,500.00 just for registrations alone!

Last year, our team competed and went to State Finals for the first time since 2017! It was an experience that our athletes will never forget, and that would have never been possible without support from people like you who believe in our team and our program.

We are so excited to be getting ready for a new season! Our JV, Varsity, and Competition teams have been working on strength, conditioning, and fundamental skill to get us ready for the seasons ahead and we are loving it.

As we prepare for our season, we are also thinking about things we need like registration fees for competitions, warm ups for those chilly football games, and equipment to help us increase our stunting and tumbling skills.
