In July we celebrated Nick’s commitment to fitness! Nick has been with us since the beginning and his dedication has been shown all the way through. While Nick is never a big fan of the warm up, his consistency for completing workouts is always there. Nick keeps us laughing (as you can see on slide two with his Dave Castro style announcement of his workout) and is a blast to be in class with. We are proud of you for prioritizing your health and honored to have your endless support of Ironside, Dr Nick!!

In June we celebrated Pat’s commitment to fitness! What a special month it was, honor a warrior parent during the month of his hero son’s birthday and Father’s Day. Pat has been through more than any parent should be but yet still shows up for his health, his community, his family. It was truly an honor to celebrate Pat with part of his son’s workout to help us prep for our annual event benefiting their foundation. Keep crushing it, Pat!!!
