Sunday tickeholders. You were sent an email on Friday noting that tickets will be refunded at the begging of the week. They must be manually processed then credited back to your credit card so please allow a few days for this to all happen.

In order to get everyone in safely and on time we are opening the gates for admission at 11am. Competition still does not start until Noon.

Excited to host you all tomorrow! Reminder gates open at 11am to ensure we get you all in on time. Please look at your email for final confirmation and map. Please dress and plan appropriately, it’s cold, windy, muddy and wet, the perfect combination for some great end of winter fun!

Unfortunately due to concerns over horse safety, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Sundays event due to water and mud issues affecting the animals. Horse welfare is our paramount concern. We are running additional novices on Saturday and they have been notified.

Get some sleep, drink plenty of water and get your rally caps on for tomorrow! 🐎 ⛷️

YES the event is still on. It will remain on and it will be awesome. We’re not going to answer additional emails text messages or Facebook messages about that so this post will confirm the event remains on. We have stock piled snow for a month to get ready for this just in case. We have huge equipment on hand including donated dump trucks and loaders in order to move banks and a snowcat to smooth it out where we need them tomorrow. We are all set! 

That reminds me, HUGE THANK YOU to Snow Valley Ridge Club and J. Alberici & Sons for the use of your snowcat and dump truck!

As we get ready to host this amazing event (YES we have adequate snow and the show WILL go on) we want to start sending out HUGE Thank Yous to all those making this event possible.

The #1 concern for all of us is competitor, horse and community safety. We want to thank our on site large animal veterinarian from Kokinos Veterinary, Song Mountain Ski Patrol (and Ski CNY) for your on site first responders and AMR Ambulance for your on site Advance Life Support services.
