There has been no change to SUF Kickboxing itself or to what we are building here. The only change is that the facility now has additional availability outside of normal operating hours. If you or someone you know may be interested in using the space, please contact The Station directly for more information.

SUF Kickboxing is a Roufusport martial arts academy led by Sawyer Rich, bringing over 20 years of experience in amateur and professional MMA and kickboxing.
All instruction is derived from the Roufusport Kickboxing Academy system and curriculum developed by kickboxing champion and legendary coach Duke Roufus. Day-to-day training focuses on proven fundamentals, intelligent technique, and real-world application from an MMA perspective.
Every class is taught with attention to individual growth, practical understanding, and a strong emphasis on creating a positive environment for young athletes and families alike. Whether you are completely new to martial arts or have tons of experience, all skill levels and backgrounds are welcome.
Youth classes are generally geared toward ages 8–14, though there are always exceptions depending on the individual.
