Hey Powerhaus Fam!

Trying to be productive can be tough in this cold, but even when it’s too cold, there’s always something in the works. Would love to get everyone’s opinions on attachments for cable flys, landmines and other equipment.

Progress comes from showing up every day, even when it’s challenging. That’s the same mindset we’re using to build this gym. The work is happening, and the doors are getting closer to open every day.

At Powerhouse Fitness Center, we know that the culture of our gym is important. We believe that strength grows fastest in environments built on trust, not fear. You’ll most definitely be challenged here, but you’ll also be in a place of mutual respect. We all know that what we do here isn’t easy. Real progress happens quietly, imperfectly, and over time.

This gym is for real people with real schedules, real stress, and real goals.

3 years ago, one of our owners Zach set a New Year’s resolution to get in shape. 6 months later he was 100 lbs lighter and in the best shape of his life.
