Crews are working to repair a main break on E Terrace Ave. Repair is isolated and only a very small customer base is without water, and are aware. The main ties into Fairmount Ave and a large customer base should be on watch for discolored water. Customers in West Ellicott, Lakewood and eventually the areas west of Lakewood should be on alert for discolored water for the next 12-24 hours. Do not do laundry unless water appears to be clear.
