She’s been teaching group exercise classes for 20+ years starting way back in the days of the YMCA!🤯 “My favorite part of teaching group exercise is the opportunity to positively impact the lives of all my participants.” 🙌

She is a killer instructor, works full time as a teacher and rocks the mom life with 5 beautiful children. We would be lost without her!🥰

BEST WEEKEND EVER!🙌🏻 Thanks to everyone that attended a class this weekend. We are looking forward to a packed December! Important update‼️👇🏻

We have tried EVERYTHING to try and change the name on this page, but for whatever reason isn't allowing that to happen!

So we will slowly be transitioning over to our new page FLEX + FLO ! We appreciate your support and it would be great if you could share the page and invite your friends!

💪🏻CYCLE30 (adults) & SUPERHERO Fit (kids) are both at the same time! This was done to create an option for parents to drop off their kids for a workout while the parents can workout too!

🚨🚨HUGE reminder that these classes are a safe space for everyone, especially during the holidays. You do not need to “earn your food” or “burn off that turkey”. The gym is a place to feel good and challenge yourself not a place of punishment.🚨🚨
