A great time yesterday at the 2026 Annual Citizens Pell Bridge Run. Working the Registration table with Mary Graham Fletcher, John Fletcher, Dan Titus, and Dennis Sullivan. The participants were a lively, fun bunch. This annual event is one you have to do at least once, whether running it or walking it. Props to Gray Matter Marketing and the folks from the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority on running this like a well-oiled machine. We all hope to help next year.

What a beautiful morning yesterday on the Pell Bridge! 🌅💙

We’re incredibly grateful to be a beneficiary of the Citizens Pell Bridge Run and to be part of an event that brings our community together in such a special way.

Even more special? Two of our Claiborne Pell Elementary School students got to walk across the bridge and experience the morning firsthand! We’re so proud to support our students and Newport Public Schools, and so thankful to everyone who helped make this morning possible.

It's race day! We are looking forward to seeing you in just a few short hours for the
2026 Citizens Pell Bridge Run!

Our staff is busy getting everything ready for all of you to join us, so we ask that you review your athlete email and/ or the website for things like parking information, bib numbers, shuttle times and logistics, etc.

Bib pickup will open at the Newport Transportation Center
(25 America's Cup Ave.) at 5AM - 6AM. There is NO onsite registration today!
