Legacy Fitness & Yoga Legacy Fitness and Yoga is located in the old hospital. We have an abundance of strength, cardio and balance equipment for every fitness level.

Legacy Fitness and Yoga is located in the old hospital and is operated through Lutheran Social Services. We offer classes throughout the week and are a fun bunch to get you moving. What separates us from all the other facilities in town is that we have fitness motivators on staff all the time to give guidance and set up programs and equipment for members. Come down and try it out for a week on us!

We are open 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Supervised hours are:
M-TH: 6AM - 2PM; 4PM - 8PM
Fri: 6AM-2PM; PM-8PM
If you want access to the gym during unsupervised times, purchase a key for a one time fee of $20.00 and come anytime.

THE GYM IS CLOSED😫😫

We tried to stay open but due to this virus we have to close like all the other gyms around the world and in town have already done. Please read the memo below as we are closed the rest of the day today and will re-evaluate on March 29th. It is closed to those that have a key as well.

We will be posting workouts everyday on this page you can do at home. It saddens us to not be able to see everyone but if you need any help please let us know.

WE ARE OPEN!!

We have our hand sanitizers out and our soap fully stocked. And our cleaning rags are all out ready to do work. If you don't want to leave the house we understand but if you do want to come we are ready for you.

Anyone that wants some exercises for home let us know and we can get that to you. Stay safe
