Happy Birthday to the coach who’s survived countless practices, tournaments, early weigh-ins, and probably at least 10 near heart attacks during matches. 🤼‍♂️😂

Thank you for pushing us harder than we ever thought possible, believing in us even when we don’t believe in ourselves, and teaching us lessons that go way beyond wrestling.

We hope your birthday is filled with good food, zero conditioning drills, and absolutely no one asking, “Cooooaaaccccchhhhhhhh are we running today?” 😅

It is our great honor to introduce you to the Team Taz Triple Crown winners for 2026, Hope Sjostrom and Aurelia Hancock!
Both of these girls battled to win first at three different state tournaments this year: ND State Folkstyle, ND State Freestyle, and ND Greco in order to accomplish this achievement!
We are so proud of you and commend you both on an amazing wrestling season Hope and Aurelia! 👑👑

Culture being built right 💙

Our young little Taz wrestler asked her dad if she could sit with the girls during one of our Blue Jays’ (Taz) wrestlers matches. He told her she could sit anywhere but encouraged her to ask if she could be part of the team. 🤍

Before she even had the chance, one of our Blue Jays (Taz) pulled her in and said, “Come sit with us, you’re part of the team.” 🖤

That’s bigger than wrestling.
That’s culture.
That’s family.
