FC UNITED, perfect time to get healthy & Fit ...
-Workouts; elliptical, the stair machine & treadmill (3.5 ... 8.0 mph)
-800 yrs runs , Track field ( X4 )
-100 meters (X6) soccer field
-Core training as well...
-Upper ( strength ) body weight training
-R I C E , Rest Ice Compress & Elevate
-less than three weeks before season opener.
-Let’s use February 20th Friendly match to be the Showcase game to see how far all of our players have improved throughout all the months of our training. July 2020 - to present time 2021 👍
