We are a student run organization at the University of North Florida. This organization is comprised of 2 parts; The Surf Team and The Surf Club. The Surf Team has multiple teams which consist of 9 surfers on each team; 6 male short-boarders, 2 female short-boarders, and 1 long-boarder. The Surf Team is governed under the Na

tional Scholastic Surfing Association (NSSA), and competes in 8 regional contests and East Coast Championships in New Smyrna Beach, FL throughout the year, and National Championships in Southern California in June. The Surf Club consists of students who are interested in surfing, but not in the competitive aspect. Throughout the school year the UNF Surf Club and Team puts on events such as, FREE surf lessons, beach clean-ups, and movie premiers that are open for all club and team members, and students to attend. We encourage everyone to join the Surf Club and enjoy the great events that we put on for the UNF student body. Our FaceBook page, Instagram, and Twitter are great ways to keep up with our events that we put on throughout the year. Be sure to check up on us to find out more about our events!
