Carolina Blitz Flag Football continues to grow each season, and we need YOU to help us make a difference! 💪🔥

With 200+ athletes participating this fall, our volunteer coaches, assistant coaches, and referees play a HUGE role in making every practice and game day possible. 🏆

👨‍🏫 No prior coaching or officiating experience is required!
All you need is:
🏈 A love for the game
🙌 A positive attitude
💙 A willingness to mentor young athletes
🤝 A desire to give back to our community

After reviewing our current registration numbers and looking ahead to the future of Carolina Blitz Flag Football, we will be adjusting our older age divisions beginning this season.

This change is intended to better align our league with the age breakdowns commonly used in tournament play while also creating a more balanced experience that provides increased playing opportunities for every athlete.

The updated divisions will be:

6U – No changes
8U – No changes
10U – Ages 9-10
12U – Ages 11-12
17U – Ages 13-17

Teams will be built with an equal distribution of ages within each division to promote competitive balance and ensure each player has the opportunity to contribute throughout the season. After reviewing all current registrations, this adjustment aligns well with our existing numbers and does not create any conflicts with current coach or buddy requests.

We believe this structure better prepares our athletes for future tournament competition while continuing to provide a fun, competitive, and development-focused environment.
