Lexy Lou is taking appointments for glam 🤪🥰 but on a serious note...I remember doing this exact thing to my momma when I was her age and it was one of my favorite things to do!!! Don’t mind the icing on her lips we also made cupcakes for a friends birthday... we are just living our best lives over here 😂😂 💗

This month the lovely .r4k and I are partaking in NO SUGAR NOVEMBER! We did this last year and really enjoyed the end results, but let me tell you... those first few days are ROUGH!!! But if you can push through those first few days the results are so worth it... it’s amazing how much better you will feel! So whose going to join?!? We are stronger together my friends!!!

I can’t believe our boy is 2!!! He definitely keeps us on our toes and loves being outside and anything to do with trucks 😍💙 it makes me a little sad to think our baby isn’t a baby anymore but at the same time I’m so excited to watch him grow!! (It’s a tough life being a mom what can I say 😂😂) we love you so much Tyson!!! Happy birthday 🎉🎂💙

Tomorrow starts an amazing opportunity to check out five different workouts from beachbody without any kind of financial commitment! Good morning friends! We are getting into that time of year where it’s really easy to make bad food choices and not work out... .r4k and I are on day 68 of 100 in the morning meltdown program and absolutely loving it!!! I never thought I would be a morning workout person,I have tried with programs in the past and I about died lol... but when we started this program I thought I would give it a try because that’s the way it was designed and with two little in school and having homework every night it would really fit in with our life so much easier... and to my shock after a small adjustment period my body is craving those workouts as soon as I wake up... and I have so much more energy throughout the day seriously the best decision ever!!! Now I’m telling you this to 1. Hopefully motivate you to get started... pushing play on day 1 is always hardest! And 2. I wanted to let you know that we are starting a challenge group on November 4th! There are 3 parts to the challenge and you can choose to do 1, 2, or all 3!
1. Be consistent with a workout program of your choice for 21 days!
2. Use ultimate portion fix to teach yourself how to eat (this is not a diet!)
3. Give our collagen powder a shot and stay strong results at the end of the 21 days
Of course .r4k and I will be there with you every step of the way! This is honestly the best choice I’ve ever made for myself in staying with these programs So ask yourself, what have you got to lose?!? Can’t wait to see who’s going to join us 😘 💪🏻

Hey friends! I feel like I’ve been keeping this secret long enough, but to be fair I wanted to try this out and see if/how it works! Beachbody released a collagen supplement fairly recently and I started taking it about a month ago after .r4k raved about it! I feel as though the picture speaks for itself! My skin is noticeably smoother, my nails are stronger, and my hair seems healthier! I mix it in my coffee every morning because it has no flavor! The best part of all is the cost, I’m a coach so I do get a discount but it’s $26 for a months supply with the auto-ship option! I feel like you can beat that!!! So message me if interested 😘😘
