When I train myself I intentionally make it difficult. In doing so almost everything I do the rest of the day feels easier. I won’t force you to go that hard if you train with me. You can even spend half the time being stretched in my table. But DO SOMETHING that makes you move for your brain health. It doesn’t have to be so grueling and scary to reap the rewards of mental clarity, confidence, and stress relief. I’d be happy to show you
