Episcopal School of Jacksonville Rowing Team

The official page of the Episcopal School of Jacksonville Rowing team, representing the boys and girls squads.

The team was started in the fall of 1971 by coach Charlie Platt with borrowed equipment from Jacksonville University, where it held it's first practice. In 1973 the team moved practices to the main campus and then in 1978 to it's current location, which at that time was the Ray Knight property, now owned by the school. The current home of the team is The Walton Boathouse, which was completed in 2004 and is part of an athletic complex named the Knight Fields.

Girls Freshman 4+:
-1st place scholastically 🏆

Boys Junior 8+:
-1st place in B final

Boys 1st Varsity 4+:
-4th place in Grand Final

Great Day at Sculling State Championship. 3 boats and 3 scholastic titles and Girls Lightweight overall state Champ Reilly Shapiro.

Junior Single Bronze Nathaniel Raineault.
Girls missed prom but won States!

FSRA State Sculling Champs this weekend. All boats made it to the grand finals, set for Sunday. Girls Varsity Double (Allie & Bradlie) and Boys Junior Single (Nathaniel) won their heats and Girls Lt Single was 2nd (Reilly) in race for lanes. Go Eagles 🦅 ☀️
