Pack Fitness was created in 2023 by Jackie Miller, who opened her first two franchises of another name in Jacksonville, Florida. Utilizing her experience in the fi

elds of sports, dance, early childhood development, kinesiology and gymnastics, she developed a program and facility where children & parents actively participate in a variety of structured, weekly physical education classes to gain social skills and self-esteem. After having further developed her skills and expertise, the popularity of the business began to explode. Our Future

There are currently hundreds of children benefiting from the developmental program that Pack Fitness offers. With classes that cater to both adults as well as their children being incorporated in the upcoming future, now is a better time than ever to experience the power of the P.A.C.K.. Each year, children enjoy the age-appropriate, noncompetitive classes and birthday parties Pack Fitness offers. By 2030, Pack Fitness plans to have facilities all throughout Florida. Pack Fitness looks to epand throught the local communities of Jacksonville in our neverending mission to bring fun and fitness to the youth and spread our knowledge with families accross the world.

We had SUCH a great time with the amazing students at Beaches Chapel School!

From kindergarten through 6th grade, these kids brought the energy as we tumbled, played games, moved, laughed, and challenged our bodies in new ways.

At PACK Fitness for Kids, we believe fitness should feel FUN. Through purposeful games, movement, and non-competitive gymnastics, we help children build strength, coordination, balance, agility, confidence, teamwork, and a love for being active—all while having a blast.

Thank you, Beaches Chapel, for welcoming PACK and letting us spend time with such a fantastic group of kids. What a great school and an incredible community!

For those of you who haven’t had the chance to get to know Lana yet, she is truly a beautiful person with an even more beautiful soul.

She walks through our doors with such a positive attitude, a smile on her face, and an energy that you can’t help but feel. She brings so much love, patience, and encouragement to our kids, and you can genuinely see how much she loves what she does.

Lana is one of those people who helps make PACK Fitness feel like more than just a gym — she helps make it feel like a family. 💜

So this week, if you see Coach Lana, make sure you wish her a very happy birthday and show her some extra love! She gives so much to our kiddos and our PACK, and she absolutely deserves to feel celebrated.
