I've been on my health journey for a long time, a little over a decade, with lots of ups and downs, lots of lessons, and lots of quitting and starting again. You've gotta keep pushing on and stand back up. At the end of the day, I want to live a long happy prosperous life and set a good example for my kiddos, so that they can have the tools to do the same. Know that it's never to late to make those positive changes, believe and speak power into yourself, you got this!!

Update on Sauna
Its ready. Just waiting on a few more supplies for the sauna room. Then it will be available. Thank you for your patience 😊

Donate a case of water and we will waive your joining fee until the end of July. We will be donating the cases of water to our first responders.
We're in the office Monday - Friday 2:30pm- 7:30pm. If you can't make it during office hours you can join over the phone 903-284-5482 or 903-284-5538.

Update on the sauna .
We're getting it ready and will post as soon as it's available! Consent forms will be available in the office on July 13th and we will start scheduling as soon as it's ready!
