We are so grateful for our amazing sponsors who sold Chick-Fil-A biscuits and coffee to support our RiverTown RipTides this weekend! For years, our amazing sponsors have donated over $1,000 in one weekend from proceeds from breakfast sales at one home meet, in addition to what they originally give, to support our team! This weekend surpassed all others with $2,000 donated! This money always covers our banquet and we are so grateful for their generosity! The CDD board has voted to push back the pool renovations until September, so our 2025 RipTide summer swim season is a go!!!

We will begin registration on Sunday, as listed below. We are looking forward to another fun and successful swim season!

REGISTRATION for new residents: Sunday, March 30th, beginning at 8AM
REGISTRATION for the 2025 season closes end of day on April 6th

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

I was hoping to get some affirmative, positive information this week about the proposed renovation timeline for the RiverHouse pools so that we could move forward with our registration on Sunday. While some of the information I received today was reassuring, unfortunately we will have to postpone our registration again until we are 100% sure we have a pool to swim in this summer. Please look below at the new registration dates:

• REGISTRATION for returning swim families: Sunday, March 23rd, beginning at 8AM

• REGISTRATION for new residents: Sunday, March 30th, beginning at 8AM

• REGISTRATION for the 2025 season closes end of day on April 6th

Additionally, the CDD will be voting on proposed timelines for the renovation on Wednesday, March 19th at 5:00pm. I know it is Spring Break, and many people may be out of town, but if you happen to be in town, please consider attending the meeting to continue to advocate for our summer swim season. Wear your RipTide spiritwear so they can also see our presence.
