“The Posterior Chain”

The Posterior Chain refers to the muscles on the back side of the body. This includes the low back (erectors), glutes, hamstrings, and calf muscles but also includes muscles of the upper back and core.

These muscles are the primary driver in explosive power which translates to more speed and explosiveness on the field which is a big focus for athletes of all ages, sports, and positions.
