So, what's stopping us from going to the gym and getting in shape?

Maybe we've tried and fell off from a lack of structure, or maybe we wouldn't even know where to start if we did go.

I say this because I have been there, as well as a number of my clients.

My name is Adrian Gilbert and I started FitProcess after losing 146lbs over 3 years, and deciding I want to help other do the same thing.

I have developed a completely automated 8-week course called Build and Burn. This is a trainer for those that have gym equipment access (currently working on an at home bodyweight and an at home with dumbbells and resistance bands version).

The goal of this trainer is to recondition our bodies, build lean mass, and shed some fat in the process. You will learn how to set consistent and attainable goals and how to enjoy the transformation process by statistic tracking.

Included is an 8-week trainer with weekly workouts targeting every muscle group including core weekly, we also utilize H.I.I.T cardio principles to accelerate our fat loss.

This program is run on the Everfit app platform, and in addition to 4 weekly workouts and a 2 active rest day structure, there are also photos and videos of form, progress trackers, messages and tips spread throughout the course to keep us motivated. I will also be active in answering questions posted on the forums, and you can reach me through the Everfit apps messenger with any questions related to the course!

After the course is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email where it will prompt you to Sign up. After completing the download, the app from googles play store or apple. Sign in and your Trainer will be started.

It is an 8-week trainer and you have 12 weeks of access in case schedule conflicts. The trainer begins the same day as purchased. workouts are days 1,2,4,5 active rest days are 6 and 7. workouts are reschedulable to the user, but I suggest starting the trainer on the first day you want to goto the gym.

If you have been wanting to get back into the gym but weren't sure how to begin. I designed this trainer with you in mind. We are going to put on some lean mass while also dropping that pesky body fat.
